Guess who's coming?

The Muscovites recently decided to come and they arrive in a little over a week. This is months ahead of the normal summer visit so I need to do some serious cleaning. Big plans were for getting the upstairs done today but..... There's always tomorrow.

I can't wait to see them!

  4. Aww..I am thrilled for you! I am sure your daughter is ready for a well deserved break..Bless her heart!
    Is her school on break?
I behind in reading!! Don't worry about cleaning! No one will care, they just want some good ole fashioned "Granny Time"

  5. If she walked in now, she'd think her mother had lost her marbles as the house REALLY needs cleaning. She think to herself that this was not how mom was. The last years I have done a complete reverse to how I always had been with the house.

  7. What's a bummer is that I have so much to do, don't feel great, saw the nurse practioner at work and won't be able to do things at home at night to get ready.

  8. TINA JUST TAKE IT EASY!!!!!!!!!!
They do not care how the house looks, it feels good no matter how it looks. If you will not take it easy you will drive yourself to the complete breakdown and will not be able to enjoy their short visit.
My two cents - forget the cleaning and bake a couple of your cranberry-orange-walnuts pies!
